Who are we?
The INNOVOL project, targeting mainly young volunteers (18-30 years old) ad youth workers/trainers, aims at enhancing the management and the participated governance, as well as innovation capacity and internationalization of NPOs working with young volunteers and for Youth (for young people as final beneficiaries).
The project concerns the development of a network for the enhancement of volunteering, to be meant as the most tangible expression of solidarity, founding value of the EU itself, fostering the exchange and sharing of best practices and the enhancement of the internationalization thank to the participation of seven different partners coming from seven EU countries https://innovol.org/blog/ (Slovenia, Italy, Bulgaria, Poland, Spain, Greece and Cyprus) and Brazil, towards which the EU has started a process to building a strategic partnership.
The project started in December 2018 and ends in February 2020 (15 months).
INNOVOL has been co-funded by the Erasmus + programme of the European Union. The privacy policy reflects the opinion of the authors (partners of this project) and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use of the information contained therein. Data controller is project partner in charge of managing the online platform.
What information
do we collect about you?
We collect
information you provide to us when you will proceed with the registration on
the INNOVOL Platform. Information might include your nationality, name,
address, job role, education-level. At no time do we mention an individual
person – all personal information is treated in confidence and aggregated.
How we use
information about you?
· to help the consortium to gather all the information to achieve the indicators foreseen by the project
· to invite you to events / forums
· to gather feedback from you
· to invite you to participate in training courses online
Who might we share your information with?
Information is shared between the partners but this would not usually include names or other personal information, except in attendance lists at events/forums or if you volunteer to participate in a pilot programme or some other evaluation/validation event. Erasmus + also has full access to the project information gathered, as their staff are tasked with monitoring and evaluating progress and whether the final outcome meets the set criteria. How we look after your information and how long we keep it for?
We use appropriate technological and operational security measures to protect your information against any unauthorised access to or unlawful use.
Please advise us if you believe there has been a personal data breach and we will, if founded, report the breach to the relevant data protection authority in the country concerned without undue delay and within 72 hours of discovering the breach. Please note a reportable breach is one which is likely to result in a risk to people’s rights and freedoms. If this is not a likely consequence, the breach does not need to be reported.
We will retain your information for as long as is necessary to provide you with the services that you have requested from us or for as long as the law otherwise permits.
